As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Allison Allen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs required by the agent.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES 
  • Bring in new Auto, Home, Life & Health business
  • Calling on existing customers
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Explain various policies and products to potential and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Working with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency
  • Follow sales processes and providing excellent customer service

  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 per year
